Re/boot. Re/dream. Re/create.
I am a former marketing executive and Harvard Business School grad turned transformational life and mental fitness coach for executives in technology.
My coaching journey started with a focus on empowering cyclists. You may wonder why I chose cyclists specifically. Beyond my personal passion for biking, I've discovered unexpected parallels between coaching and cycling. Both cultivate resilience and mental strength, foster respect for our physiological and emotional well-being, and propell us to uplevel our game. I see these same attributes in my corporate clients in the software industry, where I spent many years working side by side marketing and sales teams in high pressure environments.
Challenges come in all shapes and sizes. For me, it was my divorce. When my marriage ended, the experience left me feeling profoundly shattered, engulfed by uncertainty and looking for answers.
Alongside traditional therapy, I unexpectedly discovered the therapeutic benefits of road biking. Not only did cycling propel me into peak physical shape, it also had the profound effect of releasing deep-seated emotional traumas lodged in my muscles, contributing to somatic healing.
Today I help high-achieving executives upgrade the operating system of their mind and install new habits and beliefs, transform difficult relationships, uplevel their leadership game and attain personal fulfillment in all areas of their life. Relationships
